Thai Red Curry

Ingredients

  • A Piece of Onion, Sliced
  • 1/2 Cup of Lentil Beans
  • 100 Grams of Broccoli, Head Only
  • 3 Tablespoons of Curry Powder
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Slices of Ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon of Lime Juice
  • 340 ml of Water
  • 1 Tablespoon of Minced Chilli Pepper
  • 300 Grams of Sweet Pumpkin Cubed
  • 1 Tablespoon of Chili Sauce
  • A Pinch of Minced Cilantro (For Garnish)

Steps

  1. With the lid still open and turn the handle to the lock position, pre-heat the cooker by pressing the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 5 minutes and press [COOK] to start cooking.
  2. Add olive oil, onion and stir-fry until it turns translucent, approximately for 3 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic, minced chilli pepper and chilli sauce into the pot and stir until fragrant, approximately 2 minutes.
  4. Add lentil beans, ginger, sweet pumpkin, broccoli, water and remaining sauces then mix.
  5. Turn the handle to the unlock position, close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
  6. Select [MULTICOOK] function using [MENU SELECTION] button and set the cooking time for 45 minutes then press [COOK] to start cooking.
