Take the multicooker and open the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Add water until it reaches level 2 of the white rice indicator and places the trivet in the pot.
Cut the beef into 2 to 3 pieces, place the beef slices on the trivet and add ginger on top
Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position, select the [MULTICOOK] function by using the [MENU SELECTION] button and set the temperature to 120 degrees and the cooking time to 45 minutes. Press [COOK] to start cooking.
Once the cooker has finished cooking, serve with sliced onion, garlic and long green onion.
