Ingredients

  • 1 Kilo of Chicken Pieces
  • 170 Grams of Cassava Leaves
  • 5 Stalks of Lemongrass, Smashed
  • 5cm of Fresh ginger, Smashed
  • 3cm of Galangal, Smashed
  • 6 Pieces of Small Red Onion
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic
  • 100ml of Chicken Stock
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Add in all the ingredients together into the rice cooker.
  2. Close the lid and press [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [STEAM] function. Then press [COOK] and let it cook for about 25 minutes or until the gravy thickens. Season to taste
