Open and unlock the multicooker lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and heating level 3 then press [COOK]
Add butter, onion, carrot, garlic and flour into the pot. Stir-fry all the ingredients for 10 minutes
Once the cooking finished. Add tomato paste, chicken stock and sugar into the pot. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 5 minutes and temperature for 120 degrees then press [COOK]
With the Max Blender, open the blender container lid by turning the lid and take off the lid. Set the triple-blade by placing it onto the blender coupler.
Pour the cooked soup, heavy cream and sour cream into the container.
Place the container on to the Max Blender and the container to the lock position until it clicks. Turn the [START SWITCH] to the Level 1 and blend until the mixture blended.
Take off the container from the Max Blender by turning it to the unlock position. Open the blender container lid by turning the lid and take off the lid. Pour it into a bowl then serve.
