Take a multicooker. Open and unlock the handle by turning the handle to the unlock position. Pour the 500 ml of water, 2 tablespoons of salt and uncooked macaroni into the cooker. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK].
Once the cooking time is finished, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Drain the cooked macaroni by taking out the inner pot from the cooker. Put the inner pot back to the cooker. Set aside in a different bowl.
With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK].
Add olive oil then onion into the cooker. Add sausage, cheese, green onions, parsley, tomato puree and 170 ml of water. Mix to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the cooked macaroni into the cooker and stir.
Once the cooking time is finished, place mozzarella cheese on top. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 5 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK].
