Ingredients

  • 400 Grams of Ground Beef
  • 300 Grams of Sausage
  • 60 ml of Olive Oil
  • 1 Piece of Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 2 Pieces of Carrots, Diced
  • 2 Stalks of Celery, Diced
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, Finely Chopped
  • 150 ml of Tomato Paste
  • 500 Grams of Tomatoes, Diced
  • 500 ml of Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoons of Chicken Stock
  • 150 ml of Water
  • 1 Teaspoon of Dried Oregano
  • ½ Teaspoon of Celery

Steps

1.Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.

2.Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]

3.Add oil into the cooker. Add onions, carrots, celery and garlic. Let it brown and cook. Once the cooking time is finished, add all the ingredients into the cooker and close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.

4.Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]

5.Best serve with spaghetti or your favorite pasta
