Put all the ingredients into the inner pot excluding the prawns and kaffir lime leaves.
Turn the handle to a lock position with the lid still open, set the cooker to [MULTICOOK] function by selecting the [MENU SELECTION] button and set the cooking time for 10 minutes the press [COOK] to start cooking.
After 5 – 6 minutes, check if the paste and Bombay are cooked well. Then add in the prawns and cook for another 6 – 8.
Season it with more salt if needed. If the cooking time is finished, unlock the handle then close the lid. Turn the handle to a lock position and press [COOK] button again to start cooking again.
