Meatball and Kale Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter
  • An Onion, Diced
  • 4 Pieces of Large Carrots, Chopped
  • 2 cloves of Garlic, Minced
  • 1 ½ Teaspoon of Cream Cheese
  • 40 Grams of Chicken Stock
  • 170ml of Water
  • 350 Grams of Kale
  • 350 Grams of Meatball

Steps

  1. Open the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position, pre-heat the cooker by selecting the [MULTICOOK] function using the [MENU SELECTION] button then set the cooking time for 10 minutes and temperature for 120 degrees and press [COOK]
  2. Add and melt the butter then add onion, carrots and garlic. Stir-fry until the onion is translucent
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Turn the handle to the unlock position, close the lid and turn the handle to the lock position. Set the cooking time for 5 minutes then press [COOK].
