Open the lid and turn the handle to the lock position. Press the [MENU] button, select the [MULTICOOK] function and press [COOK] button.
Add in 2 tablespoon of oil, a tablespoon of dark sauce and the flat rice noodles. Stir-fry continuously for 5 minutes until the noodle have cooked and absorbed the colour and add in water to prevent from sticking.
Once done, remove the noodles and set aside.
Add in the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Add in the marinated beef, without the excess marinade, and cook thoroughly for 2 minutes.
Add in other ingredients and stir.
Turn the handle to the unlock position, close the lid and turn the handle to the lock position. Press [COOK] and leave to cook for 10 minutes until the gravy thickens.
Once done, season to taste then serve with noodles.
