With the lid still open turn, the handle turned to the lock position, press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function and press [COOK].
Pour the oil into the pot and allow the oil to heat.
Add fennel powder, fenugreek, onion and curry leaves into the pot and proceed to sauté until fragrant.
Add all the other ingredients into the pot (including water, according to the preferred consistency).
Turn the handle to the unlock position, close the lid and turn the handle to the lock position. Press [COOK] and leave it to cook for 15 minutes.
