In a separate bowl, mix all the Cajun spices then set aside.

Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and temperature for 120 degrees then press [COOK]
Take a pastry brush and brush the salmon with olive oil. Press the salmon into the spice mix, flesh side down.
Put the salmon into the cooker and let it grill for 10 minutes each side.
Once the salmon is cooked, Serve the salmon with the dressing.
