Ingredients

MAIN DISH

  • 250g of Green Beans
  • 600ml of Water
  • 250ml of Coconut Milk
  • 4 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar (or Gula Melaka)
  • A Pinch of Salt
  • 2 Pieces of Pandan Leaves (Screwpine)

Steps

  1. Open the lid and put in the green beans, water and pandan leaves into the pot.
  2. Close the lid and turn the handle to the lock position, press the [MENU] button and select the [GABA] function. Press [COOK] for 30 minutes until the beans are tender
  3. After 30 minutes, turn the handle to the unlock position and open the lid.
  4. Add in all the other ingredients.
  5. With the lid open, turn the handle to the lock position, press the [MENU] button and select the [MULTICOOK] function and press [COOK]. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes and continue to mix well.
