Leek and Fish Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 Liter of Water
  • 2 Tablespoons of Chicken Stock
  • 300 Grams of White Fleshed Fish Fillets
  • 2 Large Leeks, Sliced (Separate the white and green parts)
  • 2 Stalks of Celery, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Piece of Potato, Peeled and Diced
  • 1 Piece of Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Clove of Garlic, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Steps

1.Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.

2.Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]

3.Add oil into the cooker. Add garlic, onion, potato and the white part of the leek. Let it soften. Season with salt and pepper. Add water with chicken stock. Let it simmer until the cooking time is finished.

4.Add all the remaining ingredients into the cooker. Unlock the handle, close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.

5.Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]

6.Once the cooking time is done, flake the fish. Pour into a bowl and garnish with green leek slices and season with pepper to taste.
