Ingredients

  • Wrap in a tea strainer or two layers of cheese cloth, ½ Teaspoon of Juniper Berries, ½ Teaspoon of Black Peppercorns, ¼ Teaspoon of Ground Nutmeg, 2 Pieces of Bay Leaves, 2 Piece of Whole Cloves and 1 Piece of Cinnamon Stick.
  • 400 Grams of Meatballs
  • 1 Piece of Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • 2 Stalks of Celery, Thinly Sliced
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, Thinly Sliced
  • 2 Pieces of Carrots, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon of Butter
  • 800 ml of Water
  • 2 Tablespoons of Chicken Stock

Steps

1.Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.

2.Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]

3.Add butter into the cooker. Add onions, celery, carrots and garlic. Let it brown and cook until the cooking time is finished. Add all the other ingredients into the cooker. Unlock the handle then close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.

4.Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK].
