Create the tapioca mixture by mixing the tapioca and coconut milk in a separate bowl.
Pour the tapioca mixture into a moulder to shape.
Take a multicooker then open the multicooker lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Place a trivet into the pot then put the moulder that has the tapioca mixture on top. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [STEAM] function. Set the heating level to 3 and set the cooking time for 10 minutes then press [COOK]
While waiting for the tapioca mixture to finish, make the yam mixture. In a separate bowl, mix yam with coconut milk and rice flour.
Once the tapioca mixture is cooked. Open the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Take out the moulder from the pot then layer it with the prepared yam mixture on top.
Place the moulder on top of the trivet. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button then select the [STEAM] function. Set the heating level to 3 and set the cooking time for 10 minutes then press [COOK]
While waiting for the yam mixture to finish, make another mixture which is the sweet potato. In a separate bowl, mix sweet potato with coconut milk and rice flour.
Once the yam mixture is cooked, Open the multicooker lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Take out the moulder from the pot then layer it with the prepared sweet potato mixture on top.
Place the moulder on top of the trivet. Close the lid by turning the handle to the lock position. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button then select the [STEAM] function. Set the heating level to 3 and set the cooking time for 10 minutes then press [COOK]
