Turn the handle to the unlock position and open the lid, turn the handle back to the lock position.
Preheat the pot with the lid open by selecting the [MULTICOOK] function and press the [COOK] buttong.
Add in oil, onion, garlic and chicken into the pot and saute stirring occasionally until onion is softened for 3 minutes.
Add in soy sauce, ketchup, and red pepper flakes to the pot and stir to combine.
Turn the handle to the unlock position, close the lid and turn the handle back to the lock position. Select the [MULTICOOK] function for 20 minutes and press [COOK].
After 20 minutes of cooking, open the lid and add in the sesame oil and honey to the pot and stir to combine.
In a separate bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water and add into the pot.
With the lid open, turn the handle to the lock position. Select the [MENU] button and select [MULTICOOK] function, set the timer to 5 minutes and press [COOK].
Stir in green onion, add salt to taste.
Once done, serve with rice and sprinkle sesame seeds.
