Open the lid and turn the handle to the lock position, then proceed to press the [MENU] button, select the [MULTICOOK] function and press the [COOK] button.
Add in ghee, oil and all the spices and proceed to sauté until fragrant.
Add all the items in the Ingredients A list and continue to sauté until the onions are soft.
Add all of the other remaining ingredients, and pour in water into the mix.
Turn the handle to the unlock position, close the lid and turn the handle back to the lock position. Press the [MENU] button, select the [PORRIDGE] function and press [COOK]. Leave to cook
